@Soex the book club AKA joe carnall and the book club is the lead singer/bassists (joe carnall) new band and none of the former milburn members are in it; they have released 2 ep's both are on itunes and are really rather good they also have been around (not in the publics eye) for a good year and a half. milburn's drummer joe green and lead guitarist tom rowley started a band called the backhanded compliments, they were very good, they are now the dead sons and do a very dark form of indie

@bexcpfc i know it's your opinion mate but humbug is a good album, i was of your opinion til i seen it live it's absolutely stunning, so tbh i blame the production. the b-sides are phenomenal aswell and pretty much song for song kick the shit out of the album itself. so saying they're 'sh!t' is outrageous cos they're still the best band in britain.

Milburn were fantastic though and deserved the same level of acclaim that Arctic Monkeys achieved the only thing they were missing was the hits.
