going from 125 whp (I/H/E) to 163whp is not bad - low boost right? 4-5 psi... or untuned?

some people confuse wheel horespower with crank horsepower, say for example a mitsu lancer that is rated at 140hp is actually only making 110hp to the wheels on a dyno. 163hp to the wheels is not bad for a car originaly making 106-110hp.
