  • It's not good for your body, unless you are gaining muscle, NOT FAT. All the toxins you are putting in your body is disgusting. REGARDLESS of appearences and opinions, it is inhealthy to go too much above or below your ideal weight.

  • to gain faster, buy a weight gainer powder for bodybuilders... these are not steroids but proteins, and fats that makes your body gain! drink it after your meals... and avoit anny body movement and to make the fat goes pretty plush get a massage!

  • Not advisable. Mc Donalds foods are not only fattening but chemically damaging to the body. They also lack nutrients useful for the body. I recommend eating a lot of richer food instead. (Although strictly speaking I wouldn't recommend going out of my way to gain or lose weight, why can't anybody just be satisfied withtheir bodies?!)

  • Sorry I was responding to some idiot who suggested non stop macdonalds. If you wish to do ANYTHING healthily (gaining or losing) don't do macdonalds.

    About thinvschubby girls, I actually find chubby girls more attractive but since I like to exercise alongside them I can't find a chubby girl that like it. So I have to take with the scraps.

  • I did it by eating meals equivelant to 4 rolled into one, tonnes of traditional british takeaway as when you eat it 3 times a day on top of ultra-large meals it really blows you out! between july & mid october 2002 I gained steadily then over nov/dec 2002 my belly just went "bloop!" total weigh gain went from 14st to 19.6st in 6 months!

    Belly inflation also helped by stretching me out with some massive blow ups! worth trying it!

  • you mentioned on your livejournal that eating is starting to turn into a chore; don't let it be, just be sure to always have something to munch on when you can and maybe find other people who like to eat a lot (maybe a group of friends or something) and eat with them, have fun with it, have a party (or parties) and have everyone bring some food, ect.

    umm... OH YEAH! Did you know it takes 3500 "extra" calories to gain a pound of fat? I don't know how important that is to you, (you were probably aware) but I wanted to put that out there.

  • Yes, that's an extra 500/day. I'm adding between 1000 - 1500 extra calories/day so I can gain 2 - 3 pounds/week.
