I worked for Ocado as driver and left after 5 months. They lie to customers especially on Late friday deliveries . My back was injured and they dont pay sick pay.

I've was a driver with Ocado from Jan 2008. I left in 2011, and I've never been happier. What a disgusting company, I'm gutted they floated, and I can't believe how they manipulate customers to like them so much. Worst company I've EVER worked for. I will never shop with them or recommend them to anybody until the day I die. Kiss my ass Ocado, I hope you fail.
keep the comments coming bro lets expose this company for what is is,im so passionate about treating people (drivers) like fucking idiots ......wilko how you keep a straight face i'll never know what a freaking numpty and bently ...go do one you twat
@JUVEXX11 I'm interested in getting into supermarket delivery driving and Ocado seem to be the only ones that advertise....so they are not good to work for then? Others like Sainsburies/Tesco never seem to advertise.
@JUVEXX11 I worked t white city for a few days. I had the instructors talk rudely to me and one of them gave me racial abuse outside the van.. The way the management treat people is disgusting. Beware of a mouthy little girl in the office downstairs.
Calling anyone old enough to have a job a "little girl" is disrespectful. Women are not children. You wouldn't be happy if one of your co-workers referred to you as a little boy.
@JUVEXX11 i often see ocado delivery jobs (part time) and was thinking of applying. Weekends, evening shifts 32 hours. Are you saying it isn't a good job?

@johnnycheck99 ocado always advertise because the average driver only stays about six months. For that you should recieve a long service medal.
