I don't get it, everyones complaining about the government forcing us to buy health care, but no one cares that we have to have car insurance, or that our houses are legally required to be safe for living, or all the other things we have to do.
Fuck you assholes on here. I am employed and have insurance thru that but thanks to Obamacare I can stay on my mom's another 2 years. And fuck you drama queens screaming about "liberals taking away our freedoms". Shut the hell up. You don't have to buy it. You can opt for the penalty (which I will most likely do) and that's your contribution. This will bring overall costs DOWN. If your pissed off go yell at the deadbeats. They're fuckin' it up not "liberals". Idiots.
@TreyParkersBitch Bah bah bah look at me I'm a pitiful liberal weakling who can't support myself and have to rely on the government to hold myself up. Grow some fucking balls. I'll be laughing my ass off once the Supreme Court finally shoots this fascist piece of legislation down.
@getthepoooffmybum is an ignorant fool who doesn't know how to read or comprehend comments on YouTube and therefore quickly jumps on the "Lazy Liberal" bandwagon when someone supports this health care reform.
Grow some balls? Why don't you do some research and see how incorrect it is to call this 'fascist'.
@getthepoooffmybum It may not be fascist, but it is certainly socialist to force someone to purchase any service, product, commodity, etc. There is nothing in the law, caselaw, nor in the very history of the USA, that has allowed the govt to do this!
Thank God for our Founding Fathers and they're wisdom! They knew a day would come when liberal neomarxists would try to strip us of our freedom with a face of "caring" on it & they KNEW liberals sheep would be dumb enough to fall for it.
Like, right on, brother! You are absolutely right. Now, we must all get the teeming masses to wake up and see that we are all being screwed as our constitution is being torn assunder. Way to go, babe!
More likely be stuck down by the courts because, if all of the proposal(s) would implemented, they would interfere with share holder profits. Share holder profits. why some the English settled this land and why a revolution was started. The God(damn) almighty dollar, will be it's own & our ruin.
I think the US government should just do away with Social Security (implement what Bush wanted to do-let the Stock market have it), do away with Medicare and Medicaid. Let the private sector have it all. All of this socialized medicine.
@WinterHaven RU forgetting something? Prior to S.S. Everyone' retirement savings where intrusted to the
Private Sector. Time and time again the PS evaporated those savings. Post S.S. many intrusted retirement savings additional to SS, to the PS see the PS evaporating their savings again. Not that the private sector's enabler in Congress , in the WH, AND in the general population are to be excused. In the end wall street is the problem.
@westkan Sorry to say it, but the govt has pissed away social security! They have begged, borrowed, and stole from that so called social security lock box for past two decades. Besides, if govt spent like drunken sailors (Both parties), and then looked over and saw a box with money in it, they will naturally want to, or need to take that money to keep the rest of the govt from going bankrupt from that overspending! Stop the socialist programs, then we can discuss saving social security!
Apparently Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Congressman Carney, Sen. Specter and Sen. RObert Casey don't care about the US Constitution. Thanks for the tip on states rights.
Cancer is very very expensive. Can you imagine all of the new cancer cases from all of that mercury and pure pollution in the fresh and ocean waters, in the air, in the food. That's going to be over a million dollars per person to treat with surgeries and chemo and radiation. Private insurance can't handle all of that (along with the AIDS patients and autoimmune disorders) so they will go out of business, so we end up with no health care anyway :-)
This is a KFC and McDonalds nation - actually world. I guess KFC and McDonalds had a useful function in society, as does cigarette smoking-that with nearly 7 billion people in the world it's an efficient way to help keep down the surplus population with countless heart and lung diseases, but it's very slow. Pollution will do the rest.
@WinterHaven Not sure how efficient it would be financially though? Unless society is willing to let the related diseases go untreated so people die faster. Will we let people die by letting. recreational activity accidents go untreated. Many if not most with pollution related diseases, do we let those go untreated as well
Sure-why not? It's called survival of the fittest. If people want abuse their bodies-let them, just let them die of it too. They need to quit wasting the health care's system due to personal body abuse.
Such a policy would be short lived. Even the hardcore would call for it's end when they know and love is slated for treatment refusal and death. Even more so if insurance coverage was purchased over the lifetime of the individual.
Most people who smoke, you even mention "quit smoking" they will tell you where to go! It's their choice to smoke, so they can have their heart attacks and strokes and lung diseases and not waste tax payers' money on treating conditions that they themselves have caused!
Keep in mind the government can really do whatever they like. Slaves were legal in the United States back in the 1800's. Congress seems to forget the fact that 25% of the population is MORBIDLY obese-done by their own hands. Over 90% of health problems is done by poor lifestyles, over eating, smoking-all lifestyle CHOICES. This is going to bankrupt our country faster than anything. 350 million Americans and 1/4th of them morbidly obese is already-about a million dollars a piece to treat.

the Executive branch must comply with federal judge ruling or be in contempt of court
if obama is a Constitutional scholar like “they” say he is and he does NOT uphold the law he would be a lawless President
ob would be defying judge ruling, will bo uphold the law?

@TreyParkersBitch There's clearly nothing fascist about forcing someone to purchase a service. I rest my case.

@jacobew2000 That was me being sarcastic. I'm not calling Obama a fascist, but that mandate itself is absolutely fascist.

Great news! Repeal this idiotic bill so we can move on to more important issues - like protecting the borders and rounding up all illegals!
