omg you sprayed water on your eyeshadow doesnt that destroy the shadow ?

alot of eyeshadows can be used wet to create a more derined line or to be used as eyeliner, i also use brown shadows wet quite a bit for brows.. it does not destroy the shadow. but since i do frequently use my black eyeshadow wt i do have two. one that i use strictly wet and another i use strictly dry. but i do recommend using fix+ or a liner/brow gel to active the dry shadows but, water also works
