My buddy and I were talking about this the other day and what he said was that, if a fetus is a colony of cells that can be divided and produce two equally valid life forms then it is not a person. But when it reaches the point where that can't happen it is and should be protected just like any other human.

Why aren't these people using their time to spearhead private fundraising efforts? As I understand it, these cuts aren't infringing on anyone's rights, they're simply ceasing some public funds to an odd but seemingly popular program. If it's as popular as the protesters think it is, then I'm sure they'll have no trouble raising money via car washes, bowling tournaments and online donations. I work with many less popular organizations that stay afloat 100% privately through these means.
