OMG! It's amazing I found this today!!! I was watching 1776 on dvd with my dad last night, and my mom walked by during that part where Adams is convincing Jefferson to write the declaration. When she saw their weird interactions and the whole "romping through Cupid's grove with great virility" (plus the prance) She honestly thought Adams was gay! XD The whole awkward moment with Franklin and Martha later didn't help much on that image XD rofl
@MTPatriot Flagged as spam, as clearly you must be spamming and/or trolling because I cannot honestly believe that level of stupidity actually exists in the world.
And if you really are both that stupid and that hateful, I sincerely hope that you die as slowly as possible, in a great deal of pain, and without ever having lost your virginity- so that you may never pass on your idiocy to the next generation.
This needed the captions from the original trailer with some clips of them with their wives. "It was a friendship that became a secret", "there are secrets that we keep" and so on and so forth, with the picture of JA and TJ, with cowboy hats I guess. I mean it was a good idea 3 years ago--- there seemed to be no end to the films and shows that were satirized with this theme---but the really good BBM parodies used those elements.

Somebody loves the film 1776. I grew up watching this movie too, but I prefer the version before they monkeyed with it and deleted vital background music, like the scene when Adams "mind talks" to his wife up in the tower of the liberty bell. They completely took out that music that was so vital to the song that was to come and the emotion between Adams and Abigail.
Foolish me, I though "Brokeback to the Future" was good, but no comparison. Only the name is better. A masterpiece of editing that turns the founding fathers into the founding faggots. It almost makes you wonder about the actors. Pinkwhig, you are a dangerous person :D
This is a favorite movie of my dad's, and the first time I ever saw it I mentioned (as a joke) "Do you think Adams and Jefferson had something going on?" He was totally revolted, and I was laughing like crazy...aha then I found this. LOL!
BRA.VO. Absolutely fantastic. I love how you edited in Jefferson testing the direction of the wind (just licking his finger.) The only other thing I would have included is a brief shot of his face when his wife first arrives. Woohoo!
We watched this in social studies class. XDD Omygod...I was thinking, "Wow, wouldn't it be funny if Jefferson and Adams had a secret love affair?" and then I found this!! XD EXCELLENT
@XOjuliaMbeyerOX So I'm not the only one who noticed Adams' bedroom-eyes-y expression in that part! Yay, now I don't feel quite as silly for thinking it.
It's even funnier when you consider the real life history of the two men, and not just their roles in the Continental Congress and the drafting of the Declaration.
