I rescued my horse to :) that's y I hate when little girls get brand new ponys for their b-day and those r the horses that end up at slughter. after a week the kid gets board so just send it to slughter . Rescue never buy horses RESCUE!!!
Thanks!! He has changes so much since this was made 2 years ago. I need to make an updated video of him. He is the most amazing horse I have ever met. So loving and willing. He is the best! Words can not describe how much he means to me. We made it through hell and high water and every time he came out with his head high and spirit stronger. He's a fighter!!
He is beautiful!! What's with his "beer gut?" Is it a parasite load, or does he need some probiotics/enzymes to help digest his food? He is going to be very breathtaking riding horse! : )
You are correct!!! He was full of parasites when he came to me. That huge belly that you see is indeed from worms and being malnourished. Unfortunately since that happened to him he has to be on probios everyday to keep him from having diarrhea. He doesn't produce the correct flora to keep everything flowing through correctly :-(. He is doing amazing now though. We have gotten everything under control and he is doing awesome! Thanks for watching!!!
My horse was rescued when i got him. He was about the same skininess and he had a fear oanyone but me (mostly men). He was food deprived so he kicked and bit anything that moved. We got his weight back on and sent him to a trainer for amonth. Now hes better then any 3 thousand dollor horse =) People like you make horses like Honovi and Rust have a second chance to be loved =D
I dont know how people can just let horses and animals get to that point. Its so cruel. But i'm glad you got Honovi and saved him. He is a really nice looking horse. :) He is really pretty. Nice vid and pics! Song matches this vid perfectly too
