Unfortunately the killer was found not guilty of this crime & was let free. Instead they believed she died of a violent drug overdose..

@encognito21 I heard about that too and you won't believe how ticked off I was by that ruling. I thought a couple of years ago that the killer was already sent to prison not just waiting for a court date. There are many things that I like about the state of California but with this and the OJ Trial, I wonder of the competence of their jurors. It baffles me. If she did die of an overdose (which I don't believe) than I think the killer had something to do with it and he should be in jail now.

@MartinGiacomo The prosecution showed pics of bruising but didnt mention those pics had been taking after she was in the morgue 4 days. The pics that were taken at the apartment at the time of her death show very little or no bruising and that was caused by her flailing around from the od. Brian is a personal friend of mine and I was kept up to date on everything. The MEDICAL EVIDENCE showed Brian is very clearly innocent.
