@Rynorod all manner of things! From feral animals to quail, duck and pheasant. Rabbits and feral cats are common. Deer are also available to hunt here and cross our property frequently. Quail are extremely common on my property. Pigs are probably the most commonly hunted species by men with "bull arabs" and a sharp knife. And we fish all year 'round. Personally I haven't made it out to a hunt with a dog yet!
@lvl100huntard That sounds like a lot of fun. Around here Bob and I hunt a lot of pheasant and quail , but our hunting season is over for the year now. Bob does love to go fishing though and we will be looking forward to that.
@Rynorod I'm looking forward to getting my dog so I can have a hunting & fishing buddy! I've been told a lone female in the bush is asking for trouble! I hope a couple of dogs might at least make anyone I come across think twice. Bob was the reason I put my name down for a weimaraner... thanks Bob!
