  • Great video!

  • Aside from focusing your mind on your set objectives, you need to make sure that your environment is conducive to achieving those objectives. Clean your fridge before starting that new diet plan. Organize your contacts and hire a more aggressive agent so you can land that dream role. It’s all part of planning ahead and a way to conserve your will power. More importantly, it prevents you from losing momentum in what you’ve already done to reach your goals.

  • its so complicated to understand please tell it in more precise manner please.

  • I like this presentation. I agree were playing a game and we can't probably help it. The economic game were playing globally is a losing one. Its ultimately a rather dumb game. Therefore it seems imperative to wake up and become as conscious of creators/choicemakers as we can.

  • I really like this wisdom. Most Self-Help coaches are in that "Tony Robbins" mentality that is a little false, I believe. Not to say Tony Robbins information is not relevant, but I think it, at times it's a little unrealistic. Thanks for sharing! Keep posting!

  • Why not? Gumby did it .

  • why isnt his book free if money is nothing more than illusion?

  • Can you define willpower?

  • @studentoflife01 willpower is using your persnal will in order to do something you want to do - the problem with willpower is that its ordinarily used for things we do not want to do! Willpower is normally used to describe a state of intention that one would engage to overcome some obstacle. If you find something difficult then you would use you personal muscle (will power) to overcome the difficulty of it!

  • @cacaolover1 You can't define something but using the same word you're tring to define. IE: "Willpower is using your persnal WILL in order to do something you want to do. There is a deeper, clearer, definition. The real problem is defining what will is. Weather it is defined in a function perspective, or an intensional perspective. :)

  • @studentoflife01 you are the one asking for the definition mate not me! I gave you a definition - if you do not like go get a dictionary!

  • There is a whole field of study of the term "Willpower" call epistemology. It is such an important term that it is hard to get correct because everyone has a different view of it. I know wikipedia has an entire separate website devoted to answering the question "Can you define willpower?" I'm not yelling at your just saying that its not easy.

  • @studentoflife01 ok I never realised that there were such broad perceptions of the term willpower... I thought it was generally accepted by most what it meant.

  • @cacaolover1 ;)

  • well, you have a opint there. But it,al allways, goes down to defeating yourself, and change the expiriance of the person representing you. Willpower is like a muscle, the more you try,te stronger it gets. Willpower is the same thing as discipline : "going forward, regardless of your emotion state". That is the ultimate knowledge in this world, even though it sounds so familiar. 90% people just can't do that, even though they know its a right thing to do. You made some good points here man.
