@Kaiiserc0320009 GTA 4 is one of the most demanding games out there for pc, because the threading and textures are very poorly optimized for lower end pcs.

MW2 however, like COD4 and most other FPS's is very well optimized.

If you find a video of any graphics card that will run GTA 4 well, you could probably play either of those two on med,high, very high with AA enabled

im having issues with running gta4 on my dell studio 1747, it has core i7 processor and mobility hd4650. GTA launches, and i get error "gta iv has stopped working" starts to search for solution and game is turned off. so. dunno, what could be wrong??

I have the same model. I just changed my cpu T6500 to T9500 from my old book....

GTA workds pretty good on T6500. I tested it. newer games are playable on middle details.

no, but you need at least a processor at @2.5GHZ dual to run at good settings...

gta is processor oriented...I mean for a HD4650 you need a 3.5GHZ processor to use it.

there is no use of the card if the processor is below 2.5GHZ... you can play at medium I think... shadows low... and that would be it...
