I agree with alot of what this video is saying.This comes from my own personal experience.For someone who wants to know their innerself. It very much loves nature the flowers trees mountains beaches. Its all about experiencing authentic happiness rather than choosing false choices of excitement. The higherself choice gives one a deeper sense of inner contentment than you will find in the outside world. First practice Hatha Yoga because its the fastest way to experience inner peace innerself.
