A little lube inside the case neck will make resizing a lot easier... particularly when the expander catches inside the neck when you lower the ram. You won't work harden and stretch the brass as much, either, so it'll last longer.
Would it be worth it to purchase a Corbin Hydro Press to be able to do everything with the .50 BMG as far as selling rounds. I want to start a business and sell the .50 BMG cartridge and other hard to get ammo like the 6.8 spc. Please Advise.
you were saying you don't think you get an even job on the trimming? could it be due to that thing spinning all wobbly? doesnt look like its perfectly straight when ur spinning it around?
I have the Lee setup the same as shown here. I found that a little resizing lube on the inside lip of the case where the bullet goes makes resizing a snap....a world of difference getting them in and out and I'm not tearing the bolts out of the bench this way!
its a real good idea to add a small amount of lube to the inside of the case as mobilesparky said I have been doing that for years and I dont have to trim the case as much...
@VODZ Every time you shoot a round the case grows and if that happens the bullet will not seat in the chamber right.. OPPS! ! Sorry!! Did not realize you commmet was 2 yrs old. Im sure you already know this. Always nice to get infor from here before starting.

@Flammin1000 There are a bunch of guns that use this bullet. But yes the Barret .50 Caliber is one of them.

Surprised you don't use a lee collet die. Forget the lube and the case getting stuck in the die.

how much the intire set or reloading items cost with the dies press and what not
