Because you ought to know I have nothing but illregard toward such nonsense when it is spouted as "truth." If y'all even ATTEMPTED to apply known science to the "mysteries of life" you just might understand the world and yourself a little better. And you don't have to go to hell if you get it wrong... How much do you know of this world? You do realize that there are several prominant scientist and blatant geniuses who say the world is much too organized to be thrown together. Without something to guide it, all results in chaos. Maybe you should delve a bit more into the "known science" which you hold to such a high esteem.

Several on your side... THOUSANDS on my side. Just because some scientists do believe in God does not mean that overall, religion has not inhibited the advancement of humanity & forward thought. Imagine where we could be if there had been no inquisition and the church had not caused the dark ages. Thats like 300 years wasted. And "wrong theories"?? What is "right"? I'm trying to break the spell of biblical brainwashing to let people know there's a universe that transcends biblical interpretation

Of course it's up to you to account for the large portion of the scientific community. What was I thinking? Sir or Ma'am, facts would be greatly useful if you want to consider pursuing a debate over such matters.

Ever thought that you could be wrong in your oppinions just as you feel that Christians are inaccurate in theirs. However if one ponders over it, who is truly "brainwashed"? Are you basing your assumptions off of what others have said or, rather, your own experiance? Just a thought.
