@Quakelord1991 I have a Celebrity and have tried all sorts of different capos. Best in my opinion is the G7 (squeeze type NOT the spring type). No string buzz at all. Works really well on all my guitars.
@aliwhitwell I bought that capo specifically for my Ovation. It does work well. But it's only good for the 2nd fret and higher. The first fret buzzes alot. I need to get one with a wider fretboard.
@aliwhitwell Hi again. I have just tried my G7 on the first fret and no buzz at all. Maybe your action is a shade too low which may cause the buzz. Just a thought!
Cool! I will check it out! I still use my Shubb capo and like how you can select the amount of pressure with a screw on the back. But for flexibility reasons and fast capo switching, I bet it's awesome

I prefer the other G7th capo- the one that you squeeze on.
It costs an arm and a leg but it's so worth it- best capo I ever had
This one that Brad has here is close to the Kyser capo- which is a good capo design BUT...
I've had 2 of those babys spring snap on me while on stage- both times the spring just snapped and the capo was down- that's bad clearly
now I step out with the G7th squeezey
that's capo tips from superbeanson =)

I have that capo. It works well on my Fender acoustic, but not my Ovation. What capo should I use for my Ovation Celebrity?
