Well this has pushed me into wanting a laser scanner, any suggestions on going about buying/building one, I enjoy creating animation in my spare time and a Laser animation project to do would be awesome :). Or maybe I could do a project on laser modulation control via Theremin to divert peoples’ minds of how awful I am at playing it...

@bibinson The latest code flickers a lot less, since I added some tricks to increase the framerate. It's also a lot less visible in real life, since it just smoothly varies framerate. In the video, whenever the framerate is <30, the camera turns that into obvious flicker where frames have missing parts of the image.
