Looks like CGI to me, but some of those planes actually have plenty of power.

If you have the speed and the power on a lightweight craft you should theoretically be able to pull that off.

But i'm not sure a rudder that size is enough.

If this was real it would be amazing. Pulling up with the plane almost vertical and stalling it and flip right above ground.

That would take amazing flying skills, fast thinking and very fast and accurate throttle/rudder/flaps movement. Or...you go to pieces...
