AGL says the city is responsible for repairing THEIR shoddy, patched work. City says they can't afford it. Nothing gets done. I have no doubt it's much worse in SW Atlanta.
Who responsible for paving after the AGL's repair work? Was all AGL responsible for just patching or does repaving fall under the city's responsibility? To be honest, if this is the only problem DeFoor Ave. has, it's minor compared to what's in Southwest Atlanta.
