is it waterproof? If so what is the IPX rating? is it impact resistant? can you leave in the charger when it's fully charged or will that damage the light? hope you don't mind all the questions.

1. I reckon it is water resistance to a certain point, as the manual says; "Although the UC3 400 Flashlight is designed to be water resistance , full submission is not recomended"
2. I wouldn't really punch somethign with it..
3.Yes, you can leave it. But what is the point? It takes 90 sec, and it's charged for 3 months ( Stores battery for 3 months).
I'm in the police, and i was just wondering how it attaches to the dash of a car? I broke my flashlight by accidentally driving over it (not me, my partner) when chasing a suspect. I'm willing to pay the price of the flashlight, but attaching the charger to the dash with duct tape just isn't cool.

Hey, first.. This si my other account ;)
Ok, I think it will. Depends on the car though.
But always put it in the chargin socket, beacuse the battery life is shorter than you think... So, espesialy if you are a cop.
