I kept a bag of frozen meatballs in the freezer once. It was too easy to take 1 or 2 out and pop in the microwave for a snack with tomato or meat gravy. The bag was empty in about a week. I can't be trusted around meatballs. Your recipe sound scrumptous. I'm going to make it this weekend. I think I might need a few samplers.
JB this was great for leftovers my entire office was buggin me for a taste sure was even better the next day. thanks again for a very fully belly. Time fo a nap that's foshe.
@gls1221 Same way in a meatloaf , Use this same meatball recipe adding diced bell peppers & celery, top with bacon, bake, 1 hr covered, uncover top with a mixture of brown sugar, mator sauce & black pepper, bake for another 30 mins uncovered
man i watched cuts make meatballs and he threwem up againts the fridge and said now "thats a fukn fridgeburger" you guys have two styles north and south both entertain me like nothin else peace from killafornia
Man JB I made this tonight and damn it was GOOOOD... My g/f was like you got this from JB didn't ya. She loved it too followed it to the tee like you said man that was awesome. Got the peppers, herbs, & stewed tomatoes all from the garden ill be making this again for sure. Thanks JB!
@007bondjb HAHA yea after I re-read my comment i was like hope he doesn't think I stewed my tomatoes on the vine...but no picked by hand and canned a few weeks back got 12qts.
I saw that "make your own" comment and cracked up. Shoulda asked him to make a video showing you how. LOL
I've done a lot of regional variations on spaghetti sauces, and I have a couple of my own design that are like "the best ever" combinations, but this one keeps gnawing on me. I think it's time to put it on my "you gotta do this" list and stop wondering.
It's a worthy point that ALL sauces like this are better the next day, after all those flavors have spent the night together.

Groovy! This a unique recipe. It is cajun and it sure looks good. I dont like dry meat balls either.The ground chuck is spot on.It has the right amount of fat for taste I think too.
JB do have some fantastic balls and "gravey"! { gotta call it gravey up here with all the I talions around me ;-) }
Plus I really enjoy makin' foods that take time and care in the cookin'. This seems to be one of those and I thank you for it JB. Gonna have some fun this comin' Wednesday with it. Meatball Po' boys this Thrusday nite.
You got a dough roller docker!! I been dying to get one - I believe it's used on the pizza dough, you roll it all over it before you put everything on to help prevent air bubbles. That all looked so good I swear I could smell it!! Can't wait to try your recipe - thanks for another trip to yum-ville boy!
@007bondjb Thanks JB - that means a lot comin' from the ultimate super genius. (PS - make that Tomboy, that's what my brothers called me, their big sister - hey, maybe you can say, "Boy, Girl and Tomboy!!")
@sparklebizkit I'm a little dizzy now. I was helpin Mrs. JB get junk out of an overhead cabnet, then, WHAM. Junk landed on me head. I got a Fin knot now!
Set your timer to "stir", thanks J.B. I almost shot some "pop" outta my nose when you said that. It was awesome watching this vid, you looked really happy and upbeat, moreso than usual. My wife saw this vid, and now she expects me to make it like you did or drive her to Louisiana so she can have some of yours, ugh. Well gotta get my shoes and head to the store for some spaghetti ingredients, I will let you know later if we end up needing to make a road trip, lol. Have a great day, my friend
@papercuts777 Yeah Buy a stone in a video that showed the stone being cleaned Hahahaha! In the past videos I had cut out steps, due to the time limit deal. I was able to let this one go for the full recipe, only cutting out dead time. Missed a scene when the cam didn't start, Non Union Cam! Thanks Paul, that compliment means lot coming from you!
