The scenes with Nick's mom are an important part of how this all happened because some of what's said explains how Chris is feeling. Chris took care of everyone, in a moment when she needed someone to be there for her she was alone. Tom closed himself off, brought a gun and at times acted like it was her fault. Nick was there with his arms and heart open willing to do anything for her. I don't condone cheating but I can understand how it got to this point.

@ilcc2009 I also cried "Why Christina? Why? No denying MA & JPS chemistry. Christina never dress provocative for Tom. S2 Nick date, she dressed very sexy. Poor Tom, he gets sweats & T-shirts. Shocking scene, considering JPS was uncomfortable kissing onscreen, so MV taught her "movie smooching" -- What happened ? I guess the producers had to take it this far to make it shocking and send Tom/Christina reeling from another blow to the relationship. Infidelity? Seriously? With Nick? :(
