How to Light a Green Screen

Lively and informative presentation ! I've set up in a 11"x10" room and am having jagged subject outlines and green spills, especially around the head. How can I make my subject outlines crisp and clean? I'm wondering if there's a rule as to the subject's distance from the background and from the camera. I'm new to this and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Thanks...

Very VERY expansive! I'm using one barn-light doors and a normal HD-camera (JVC Everio MS-GZ110) and a blue screen and it works PERFECTLY. Best way to light your blue-/greenscreen with 1 light: let it reflect from the ceiling! It works perfectly!

@WithASideOfFries The word "actress" isn't used anymore since it's considered politically incorrect. It's like saying "stewardess," "mailwoman," "police woman", etc. We now say "flight attendant," "mail carrier," "police officer" since they're not gender specific and can mean male or female. That's why you won't often hear the word "actress" anymore, it's not PC at all.
