Tarav, great video but let me just share some other ways of getting energy in the form of a drink:

1: take a B complex vitamin or the B12 vitamin and crush them into a fine powder then mix that into some sprite, or juice or whatever. the b vitamins are what give you the energy

or 2: just go buy a monster energy drink! they aren't that expensive and they are delicious! the grocery store by my house sells 2 for 3bux!

This energy drink is amazing! It tastes alot better with ginger ale or sprite. Also.. MIX IT! The 1st time I had this I had to choke down the sugar.. xd eww! @Tarav Something that will give you some more taste is adding some citron, it also has some vitamine C and all that good stuff. Also they sell little sachets of lemonade in powder form. You can buy them pretty cheap and just rip them open and store the powder in a jar and add half a teaspoon of it to your drink. I hope it tast better then the ORS, because it's disgusting in my humble opinion.... -Nax
