You are correct that Pete used his credit card and entered the child porn site, you don't get into the back story on this.

Pete has been involved for over 30 years in child abuse prevention charites since he himself was beaten at a young age. He was commissioned to write his life story since 2000 and researched abuses such as child porn. Although he contacted his attorney about research he stupidly didn't alert the police.

He was placed on the list for 5 years for this.
