Hey great video but I got a dumb question..... How the hell do they accommodated the needed cubic inches needed for those big azz speakers? @jimhoffa82 yes it will, but you should always try to shoot for an amp that will put out MORE than the RMS wattage of what you're trying to power... so, your amp is probably 800 watts @ 2ohms, and it won't push out the 750rms at the w7s 3 ohm impedance... in short, yes it will work fine, but a ROckford P1000 would be much better... I think it will blow the CVRs away, and although I hate Kicker, the CVRs sound pretty decent to me

BEST? Well, best is a relative term. Depends on if you're looking for high SPL, or SQ. I think the most 'well rounded', daily driver sub that has both good price and incredible performance (loud, and sounds very nice) would be the Fi BL 12. They'll run you about $350 each fully loaded, can take 1500 watts everyday with no problem...Plus they don't need an enormous box like most SPL subs...4 cubes at 33hz or so does fine.

BL is more of a daily driving line, meant for 2000w RMS or less per woofer.

BTL is for 2000W RMS or more.

Simply put-- it's easier to drive BL's to their full potential, without having to drop stupid amounts of cash into dual alternator, multi-battery charging systems. Usually 2000wRMS only requires an upgraded battery or 2, and upgraded alt.

BTL would be a waste of your money unless you really do have the means to push them to their true potential--which most people don't have the means to.

Its not really about SPL with JL even though they are pretty loud its more Clean bass.. they just sound better..
