@MonsterMack626 Sorry, I haven't logged on in a while. The fire footage was video and it was rendered with a filter and the female figure is a Blood Elf female model used from the World of Warcraft model viewer which was also rendered through a filter to get the single color outline effect.
Is this animated? Or...What is this?
