  • youtube.com Suffolk County Court Corruption. They have violated Color of Law, Due process, and all my rights.

  • wow i kinda want to be the first to dislike this video

  • The constitution is a trust. We the people are the grantors and settlors...and we are the beneficiaries. So when you go to court for another bogus charge...tell the judge this: Your honor, I am a beneficiary of the preamble and a constituent member of the constitutional trust. Also, I am the Executor and beneficiary of the JOHN ROBERT DOE estate. I am hereby appointing you as my fiduciary trustee and I am directing you to discharge the charges.

  • @solutionist1014

That sounds great and all, but more likely the judge would say you are being held in contempt for saying something like that. Oh I agree you are right, but try telling the courts this truth.

  • (Part 4 of done) An intelligent commandment would be something like: “Thou shalt continually re-orient thyself and society to reduce reactionary propensities that lead to aberrated consequences such as stealing and murder.” The same surface irrelevancy applies to any Constitution or Bill of Rights of any country on this planet. In the Bill of Rights of the United States, there is an attempt to secure certain freedoms and protections by way again of mere text on paper.

  • I am glad the US Consititution gives us freedom of religion, speaks and other rights.

  • try it out for urslef

  • while the concept is true, anyone has the right, and thus uses to self concract. thus making the consti. void and overriding it with other contracts. a speeding ticket is unconstitutional. but its void since u signed the dmv(bmv) contract which 99.9999% doesnt read. u can superceed a contract with another contract. did u sign the constitution...? no.. there for, u aint a party to it... go to court...

  • @logicisreasonable well said

  • Our President and American people need to be required to read and recite this.

  • Thumbs up if you know the background music was J.S. Bach, Brandenburg Concerto #1, first movement.!

  • Nice to meet you Scott Ott. I am Charlie Arlie.

  • Mr. Ott, this is the Best use of YouTube I have ever seen! I am looking forward to the next installment. May our Lord and Savior bring our country back from the brink.

  • Whoa, Scott! Did you just lose a bunch of weight? You seem ... smaller. Good job, Bro.

  • @niklasbastholmhansen Peaceful until someone with more power than you enforces their will on you and you have no recourse. I'm bigger, better armed, and have more money than you so I should kill you and take your stuff, there isn't any law to stop me in your anarchy because I'll just bribe people to take my side. Oh, wait, that's pretty much how it works now anyway.

  • @Dragdamar

Hi Dragdamar. Thanks for your post. I understand your worries, but they are completely unfounded. I have had the same worries. Anarchy is not chaos, many people seem to believe so. Anarchism would prevent the sort of violence you write about much better than any statist system. I Have sent you a link to a book you can download so that you can understand yourself. The book is only 64 pages. Its worth the read ;)

  • @niklasbastholmhansen Anarchy is not chaos? try living in a world with no jail time threat to criminals and people on drugs. More crime, women raped, MEN RAPED!. all until people run back to the government for help.

  • @chipareu

Hi there Chipareu. The definition of Anarchy is "stateless" society, a society without a state with the monopoly on force. Just like any other monopoly the business model does not disappear because you break up that monopoly. You would still have jails and you would still have the rule of law in a stateless society. It might seem difficult to comprehend because anarchism is such a different system from state mafias. If you are interested in learning about anarchism text me.

  • @niklasbastholmhansen ok understood anarchy usually mean no law, no police, etc.

  • @chipareu

Anarchy is super interesting, because no one has ever taught you about how society would work without a central monopoly based on violence. If you want a 3 hour quick info on anarchism then download the free book "chaos theory" by Robert Murphy. The book explains how military defense, police, law, judges etc. are provided in a free society where you don't have a violent state. It is really a fascinating read. You will be surprised what the free market would give you ;)

  • @Dragdamar

Where can I send the book to? email address?

  • Thanks.

  • yes, yes!

  • I find that Americans ignore unconstitutional laws, bills, acts, etc. until they find something that ignores them and then they just focus on that particular thing. Sad.

  • @Veredika Educating them is preferable, but challenging, since they already believe themselves to be educated.

  • @Veredika We would but it's unconstitutional. See what I did there?

  • Thank you Sir.

  • Thanks for educating the masses!

  • Looking forward to the rest of the series. Keep it up PJTV

  • Good series Idea Mr. Ott.

I'm looking forward to the rest.
