Ahh, lovely Birch Lake.....about 70 feet below your canoe is a monster trout that's evaded capoture for a few years....

This is an amazing review of the Jetboil Personal Cooking System. I wondered about the wisdom of boiling water in a canoe. Then you added the disclaimer at the end. Very smart!
