Pacquiao lost to Marquez in both fights IMO and anyone who doesnt see Marquez winning the SECOND fight at LEAST, is biased. And this was in 2008, not that far from now and his style hasn't changed at all just like his style hasn't changed between the fight at 2004 and 2008.
