yeah he does have a dvd being released live in ATL an absoloute killer, i believe he wasnt dropped it was more of an agreement!! but i tell you he is a king, he is blessed because he loves what he do and he can do it the way he does it best and that the frank way.

Imagine a cattipillar should it be told when to grow into a butterfly??

This guy is a monster. Why Motown dropped him I will never know. He came up with peeps like Marsalis 'Buckshot Lefonque'etc. He has THE most soulful/jazzy vocals of this decade as well as superb songwriting and musicianship. Why Oh Why isnt this guy right at the top of the stack. Somebody DO something to get his talents to more ears!! He deserves more than the odd gig at Pizza Express. I believe he has a DVD out soon - I'll be the first in the queue.

I never knew about FM until last year when my friend told me I NEED to listen to him. For the Younger singers out there that didnt grow up in the 70's like I did, I have to say.... If you truly want to get a sense of the power of Donny Hathaway and his infuence on SOOOOO many. Please listen to Frank. A truly Awesome singer. There will NEVER be another Donny(whom I love till this day) but you can get that feeling again listening to Frank.

yep, the song is "Gotta find a way", from Frank's "first" album "Love Stories". one of the best album I heard from a long time. Never had the chance to see him live. Frank come and play in Paris, please !!
