I really can't get enough of this song, are there any other songs of the top of your head with this kind of style? Or artists? I feel like this song go's to me heart!
Check out the German group, "Comedy Harmonists". They were inspired to form their group from the success of the Revelers...quite a few of their songs (in German & English have been posted here.
Yes, it's an infectious sound. "Proto Doo-Wop", I calls it. ;)
Reid here again, speaking from itsnotmuch account. WISH you'd enable ratings. I'd be giving lots of five stars in gratitude!
Your call, of course. I know you do this for the love of the great old music, and not to get brownie points. But I do like to give out "cookies" to worthy youtubers.

New to me. What a great song, again. And a wonderful, musical transfer. I repeat like a needle in a stuck groove: you rock, Paul!
Thanks,

It's held up pretty sprightly for an 80-year-old...;) Fun tune, marvelous harmonies.

Hey Lisa--great to see you! Yeah, it's amzing how many great songs came out of the Broadway show, "Whoopee". ;)
Think this number was dropped from Eddie Cantor's picture, though...
