@Orangealaid Heh. I don't think you'll be able to miss it. Did the third episode creep you out? I was kind of expecting something to happen because of a review I'd heard that said how abruptly the tone shifted and I'd heard it was a deconstruction, not to mention seinen anime...but I was still left gawking at the screen for like three minutes.

@SynonymForBlah o really?? lol I can't remember it that well, I saw the first 3 episodes at my schools anime club, so it wasn't the best place to stay focused and what not haha ^^', but I do kinda remember the 3rd episode being a little off from the other 2. now since we've been talking about it, it makes me want to go watch it :D lol

@Orangealaid Oh..wow I'm somewhat surprised you were allowed to watch it in a school anime club. I mean, it's pretty discretionary when it comes to not showing blood/all that, but the 'WHAM' end of episode 3...some not so happy parents, I'd think. I would have loved to be in that room for the reactions to the third episode's ending, though (no, not a very nice thing, I know) You could just search 'watch Puella Magi (or Mahou Shoujo) Madoka Magica' and get the rest. Only 9 more episodes

@SynonymForBlah woah really!?!?! lol I thought it was like 26 or sumthin!!!! lol that's not a problem to finish at all then!!!! haha I'll go watch it right now :DD and about the anime club, we were watching it in the cafeteria with the lights on, it was projected the wall on the stage, so it wasn't the best place to see or hear it ^^' o well..... that was just a one time place tho, normally we had the room behind the stage, the darkest room in the school with the lights off xDD

love how this was arranged. We have 3 parts...

1) we get the magical girls in the "current" timeline struggling with their fate, -rewind-

2) we have Homura's journey, including an interlude where she levels up in badass, -rewind-

3) we have the current timeline from Homura's POV with flashes of the tragedies of her past and trying hard to prevent the mistakes of the past from happening again.

This is just an excellent AMV; which tells a good story, well arranged to the music. well done.
