I have to say, it is a bit disturbing to see the boyfriend describe his missing girlfriend's words as "You want to be with her now, blah blah blah." Blah blah blah??? Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but talk about hostility. If I were him on national tv, Id be crying and saying how sorry I was that I fed her drug habit and didn't stop her when she walked out at 2am in a night gown. Just fishy.
@mlc2005 Since he's a drug user as well,it's not likely he's going to get agitated about somebody else's drug problems.
It's also true that people respond differently to stress and distress -- people do respond sometimes by withdrawing completely, which makes them look callous or uncaring.

Ray Hoadley for doing everything in his power to investigate the case. Those that knew Lily, know how much she adored her son. There's so much more to this story and one day it will all come out. how can she love her son SO MUCH but cannot use all the strength to kick the drug away? She had so many chance to do so, and people who love her.. feel so sad for the baby. Being a mum now I cannot imagine, having a baby under the same roof where you take drugs..
@tienkhaiying: Unless you've been in the hellish depths of heroin addiction, it's really hard to judge another person for having trouble kicking the habit. I can understand why you would feel she should have stopped for her child, but the problem is that, with heroin especially, the withdrawals are torture and make you literally want to kill yourself. It really has nothing to do with being "strong." The average number or relapses for a heroin addict is 8, before they stop for good.

it's hard to tell cos he's definitely on smak in the interview as you say ( plus a little bit of coke as well would be my guess ). he comes across as just wanting it all to go away which seems guilty but doing heroin i can also see him feeling like that anyway. he touched his face near the beginning tho in a real sus way. failed 2 polygraphs. he probably somehow accidentally did it would be my guess.
