that looks bad ass man, really clean. I like the nylons inbetween, however you may need to put the plates closer together, around 2 mm is what Ive seen as the best.

That's welded S.S. connectors ! Did you use tri-mix shielding gas ? Mig or tig?

i use tig, and ARGON as welding shield.

i have mig /Lincoln, do you think it will work with 75% argon 25% Co2 ?

I tried it straight w/o gas...Uhmmm, very messy. Low power/High power?

I have .030 s.s. wire.

I weld very well with core flux on soft steel.
