Yeah, right. Watch it again, ace. Propp's head snapped rightward, he fell down, turned his back to Stapleton, and turtled....but Stapleton didn't hit him....I suppose Stapleton didn't hit Steve Gotaas on January 20, 1988, either....

I don't think he hit him until he was already down. He may have missed the first shot, right before Propp went down. He just fell?
