    2) Given the venue, this song is totally awkward and inappropriate. I'm surprised Steve Sanders didn't go out into the parking lot and run himself over with his Vette.

  • this is priceless as an artifact. I gotta wonder how these deals really get done, esp. by the Lips, it was unexpected... its amazing the direction they've gone for after She Dont Use Jelly, which was pretty pop.

  • i don't know how the flaming lips ended up on this program, maybe they are fans of the show? i dont know, but full credit for doing it. they obviously have a great sense of humour, they would have known this was funny for them to be on that program. those conservative idiots responsible for that show wouldn't have enough brains to acknowledge 'alternative' music so i would imagine it was a flaming lips idea. i love the flaming lips

  • 90210 was awful. I tried watching it, but it was bad. Very bad. For some reason, I remember this episode. I couldn't believe the Flaming Lips lowered themselves to perform on such a crappy show.
