  • Want to know more?

  • People need to hush if they don't know what they're talking about. British wore red except for riflemen, artillery and some hussar regiments. Dutch wore blue and their jaegers wore green. Prussians also wore blue but with different uniforms and their jaegers also wore green. Nassau all wore green, French wore blue except for regiments like the Empress Dragoons and the Hussards.

  • Where are the Prussians, Dutch, Germans???

Oh wait the English Propaganda try to make believe for 200 years that this battle has been won by the English...

I like how we can see only redcoats in all the British/ango-saxon documentaries about Waterloo.

Would you like to know more?

  • @Freez57fr Many of the Germans and Dutch would also have been wearing red, hence, you only seem to see redcoats. The Prussians had been driven back by the French and wern't in the battle early on.

And it was mostly done by the British anyway, so I don't see your problem...

  • @Freez57fr

Or maybe it was something to do with the fact it was an English guy making it, attached to an English unit who were there... and so whilst filming the battle would have been surrounded by English re-enactors. I can -assure- you the Prussians, Dutch and so on were well and truly represented on the day, and lastly this ISNT a documentary, just my experiences of the event from where I was. Would you like to shut up?

  • @Freez57fr there are 2 reasons why that comment is retarded firstly Prussians are gremans secondly dutch wore brit uniforms.

also the prussians came at the closing stage and werent in the main battle as long as most.

  • @Freez57fr Anglo Dutch uniform was also red dumbass the only exception being 95th rifles regiment who wore green and were issued with rifles instead of muskets

As for the Prussians they arrived at the end of the day when napolean sent his old guard to take on the British and troops from the Netherlands and attempt to get them finished before the prussians clashed with him... so really the prussians were not at waterloo but fought a battle before it and lost

  • @Freez57fr I am aware Prussia helped to fight Napoleon during the battle of waterloo but it was the British Army that went toe to toe with Napoleon.

Prussia was fighting a detachment of french troops and joined the fight as the French retreated and where regrouping and having the Prussan Army arrive caused the rest of them to run. Also if I remember correctly there where 6-7 colalitons which everybody got beaten except Britain who fought for the entire war.

Thats why its the Brits who won.

  • You speak English.

  • @ALDERMANOFFOUNTALL then you should be telling the other guy this stuff. and yeah you shouldnt bother me tysm

  • @ALDERMANOFFOUNTALL dude im British i know all this why are you replying?

  • the United States military IS highly trained. And so are the british. And so are the canadians, germans, french, and russian. Such a war today would be insane.

although, had america not lent aid to britain, germany couldve very well have starved britain, literally and figuratively, allowing an invasion force to invade britain and win. Canada would have a hard time keeping up, and britain would hardly have enough fuel for its fleet, or food for its people.

  • @xXP51MustangXx yeah but the USA was being dickish enough to charge extortionate amounts for food in Britain and knowing we couldnt go and buy off anyone else so its not like US helped much.

  • @bulldogEK1 The U.S Helped more then you might think. But, it doesnt matter if you bought supplies dirt cheap from all around, the U-boats would be right there waiting for them. Our ability to replace thousands of ships and supplies lost was one of the main reasons supplies kept getting through for the majority of the war. Along with the use of the convoy system, and radar on ships and planes eventually allowed ships to pass unmolested.

  • Not to hate, but being a Yank and living near Antietam and Gettysburg (the two greatest battles of our Civil War), our reenactments put this reenactment to shame lol

I went the 140th Antietam Reenactment in 2002 where over 12,000 people dressed up and pretend shot each other. It was pretty epic XD

  • real flight?like war game?or just acting?

  • Yes, because in every Artillery unit the British had highly trained, highly lethal...cameramen

  • Nothing sets the scene to a 19th century battle like the theme to ST.

  • Great footage! Saw myself to. This was the first time I actually managed to get inside Hougoumont with some of my fellow fusiliers. (and got captured offcourse)

Vive le 85ème Régiment d'Infanterie de Ligne!

    Hans

  • Why are you guys trolling over history?lol!

  • @adampostma1 Because its fascinating of course!

It tends to repeat with the mistakes for people who havent studied it.

  • @zenoist2 i know but people are arguing about it when i doesent get them anywhere

  • ANYBODY KNOW WHER I CAN FIND A HAT LIKE THIS 0:28

  • the british army today is a joke

  • @jcolossale21 obv not we are stil the one fo the strongest along with usa and we still continue to gith anyone who dont go along with rules like british and american soldiers are starting to attack libya due to human rights and along with iraq do you see france fighting or anyther country answer = NO

WE GOT THE MOST TRAINED ARMY IN THE WORLD AND ONE FO THE BEST ALLIE S [USA] IN THE WORLD.

all the other army are jokes like russia china korea.

  • @OGZxH4CKZOR1 you are a pathetic bloke sir. The british army is a joke, seriously and I wouldn't dare say russia or china is a joke. Unless it was because they are commie bastards. And do you mean south or north korea? If you meant south, you really don't know about military son. South Korea has a much stronger army then the barmy brits and has served in many campaigns with the united states, including the middle east. The US also has stronger ties with korea u idiot.

  • @kaoscora I don't usually insult Canadians, because I like Canada, but you're an exceptional dumbass.

If the British army is so bad, why didn't the Canadians become independant until we allowed it to be? Why didn't you refuse to fight when we told you to join us in the world wars? You're a joke, mate. Shit stirrer. Canada & Britain have good armies. If our army is so bad, how did we liberate Spain and win at Waterloo (Prussian intervention just finished it off, you'll find)

  • @ToaJoe

Only through unity (or at least solidarity) with British motherland could Canada fend off the French threat that had plagued her entire existence through the insidious fifth column the French planted in Quebec. It's the threadbare old trick for the French to provoke discord within the Empire to weaken it from the inside. (Since French are simply too coward to fight face to face). It never worked before, and it will never work in future. French surrender monkeys can go to eat shit

  • @canadaempireloyalist I wouldn't slam the French like that. France has a fine military history. I'll tell you a nation that can't fight- Italy.

  • @ToaJoe

i think the roman empire would disagree with that

  • @Mattydamon69 In the last 1000 years, they seemed to have lost their magic touch. Italy was a joke in both of the world wars.

  • @ToaJoe

so? what does all this pretty boy talk of who's the hardest military power, accomplish? Every military is good in its own way, n the soldiers in them have to fight and die like their predessors before them...its shameful that you would insult the men who have to fight for the freedom and equality of you're country or even for some foreign land, just to make the world a little bit brighter...who are you to judge?I wonder how many battles you've been in and people you've had to watch die

  • @Mattydamon69 The reason I say the Italian army was a joke in WW2 is because their hearts were not in it. There are no definite best armies in the world, but there are certainly bad ones. And I have seen people die, thank you very much. Just because I haven't joined the fucking army doesn't make me ignorant of death, you insulting cunt.

  • @ToaJoe

noone is ignorant of death, but you havent joined the army as you say, you havent been to afghanistan and watched people being blown up by road-side bombs...you say you've seen death, and if you mean by cancer or by illness then thts not wht i meant, as we all have seen that, and in comparison to seeing people being stabbed by bayonets and having limbs blown off, i can say that they got off lucky.

  • @ToaJoe

And really? their heart wasnt in it? Im sure not all our boys in iraq 'have dont their heart in it' , as its not their land, nor people, they're asked to die for but im sure they wouldnt give up until til the job's done, though

  • @Mattydamon69 You don't get it. In WW2, the Italians were not interested in the war. You clearly don't understand their culture. The Italians were taken over by a fascist dictator whom they were not inspired by. Hitler was an inspiring leader for the Germans, Mussolini was not a great leader and the Italians did not have their hearts in it at all.

  • @ToaJoe No matter what you say, the Brits aren't a big force anymore. No one's scared of the British military lmao.

  • @kaoscora Lol, they may not be a big force anymore, of course not. But they are still better than the Canadian army. Or at least, they are ranked a lot higher, because they have better technology or better training.

I hate arguing with Canadians; I love Canada, but I can't let a stupid exceptional prick like you say stuff like that.

  • @kaoscora

    Bigger doesn't mean better.

Look at N.Korea. 11 Million men and they can't take out a single HALF COUNTRY.

Fact is, our army is the BEST TRAINED. America is LARGE, but not BETTER.

Because they have a technology fetish. Not racist, it's just they think the best stuff makes you the best. It doesn't.

  • @WolfytheWolf5667 err... what country did they try to take half of?

  • @WolfytheWolf5667 Do you even think before stating your mind? If NK attacked the South that's gonna pretty much have the whole UN, including you snotty Brits attack the North. Wow you are really an imbecile. And Brits arent the best trained; anyone could say their country is the best trained lmao. Not to mention WW3 would begin if NK attacked. Btw, if Britain can't make technology, wow you guys are pretty screwed.

  • @kaoscora You're from canada hahahaha!!! The UK's forces are know around the world for being the best. Canada is only known for justin bieber. THE BRITS ARE THE BEST TRAINED YOU WEINER HAHAH!! Fuck me go educate yourself you stupid loser. I guess you haven't heard of the SAS you stupid twat.

  • @OGZxH4CKZOR1 Seriously, you brits who could be bombed by the French Nukes think you guys are the best huh? Not even the terrorists of the world respects u asshole brits. Please stop being so cocky cause the world aint worried about getting invaded by ur puny army of Highlanders lol.

  • nice vid but when you fire does anything come out of the gun ? :)

  • What was the main unit shown in the video? Would it be the 68th DLI by any chance? Great video either way, specially loved the French trying to force the wall. Also how did you film it? Was it a Shako cam? Or just regular video cam corder?

  • @Yippidiyippida Thanks for the kind comments. The main unit was the one I was with - 2nd Queens Regiment of Foot, although I got a load of regiments in there so you probably saw a good few. The camera was a barely conealed video cam corder, which took a bash or two throughout the event!

  • @EdgarTFriendly i thogutgh it was a german king legion :/

  • Would you like to know more?

  • @Hypoduo

    starship troopers i love it!

  • @Hypoduo Haha, :)

  • haha where do u draw the line in the fighting??? i mean they come close to smacking eachother with there muskets xD imagine.. 'ouch, that really hurt Paul, chill out' LOL

  • WHY!? xD

  • I don't want this to sound insulting, but if hitler had kept his hands out of the war for just a little while longer the British isles would have fallen in 1940. He had the best of everything and the best generals to boot but he thought he could do it better. America would have had a much harder time of securing europe after that. Anyways, as an acw reenactor, I say that looked pretty decent. Good job to all involved

  • @josded Germany wouldnt of cracked the UK in 1940, for starters he didnt have the correct shipping transports for tanks, supplies, guns and other transport, they wouldnt of hacked it against the RN, and we all know what happened in the air at Battle of Britain.

No Hitler did the correct thing, his big error was not attacking Russia when he originally said he would in the spring/summer, he could of won it then, but that was hitler, Indecisive to the very last.

  • @bengusandlex I don't want to hurt anyone's national pride, but the BoB was only won because Hitler was in charge. If he had let his generals plan a proper strategy, the UK would have fallen. The german navy was, for the first time ever, more advanced and larger than the British navy, same with Germany's air force. What kept the UK alive was hitler's stupidity. If he didn't insist on running the war, the UK would probably be speaking German along with the US, if they weren't able to stop him

  • @josded what kept britain alive was that they didn't surrender

  • @josded The Germans only won the Battle of France because Hans Guderian was in charge..... does it make any difference who won?

Britain defeated the luftwaffe, and in a sense saved the world. And... Germany's navy larger and further in technology. Are you kidding. Britain had the second largest navy in the world at the time. The first was the empire of Japan, which was trained by the royal navy at imperial japans behest.

3 aircraft carriers, about 8 battleships and countless destroyers.

  • @josded Not to mention about 20 battle cruisers. And on top of that that is only the atlantic force.

Prince of Wales, KG5, Repulse, Rodney and numerous other ships. To Germany's three battle ships. a few cruisers and very few destroyers. The Norwegian campaign caused a 40% reduction in the Kriegsmarine's order of battle. Submarines are the only sector where german naval might was superior. And British anti submarine aircraft could reach WELL around the coast of britain.

  • @josded And finally, take the design of the German military into account. Their tactics rely on short sharp victories. A cross water invasion encountering the most powerful navy in Europe WITHOUT air superiority (RAF beats luftwaffe as German fighters havent got enough fuel to fight an offensive war and German bombers are only lightly armed tactical strike aircraft) onto a beachhead well defended by an experienced, determined fighting force, and fighting a war of attrition.. not happening.

  • @Plawranc that wasnt World war II

  • @musikdawg203 Which bit, the Norwegian campaign in the Baltic Strait was WW2, look it up. The Japanese were trained by the British in WW1, Britain also sent the empire of Japan the info on the Torpedo attack on Taranto harbour, which was the first successful attack by torpedo aircraft in a shallow port. They used this info at Pearl Harbour a year later.

    Do the reading.

  • @Plawranc well the books I've read on the german navy seem to say that theirs was larger. Then again, a lot were written by german vets. Either way, the simple fact is, the german generals knew what they were doing. If Rommel was allowed free reign and was sent the supplies he needed when he needed them, he would have completely dominated North Africa. Hitler wanted an air battle. Hitler directed the air battle. Hitler lost the air battle. Hitler lost Normandy for much the same reason

  • @josded Well the German navy wasnt very "large" but it was very advanced and many of their ships could outclass British ships. The Reason the Germans didnt dominate was 1.British had a larger advanced/modertly advaned navy. 2. Germans were more focused on hunting merchant convoys 3.They usually were hunting Convoys a few hundred miles from Iceland meaning if their ships were crippled or damaged, they usually just sank because no ports were near and the British were likely hunting their frigates.

  • @plawranc I too give huge credit to the British troops. But the Germans knew this too. The generals would have been at least able to land their troops and begin fighting on the ground. I was surprised to learn they planned to cause an uprising in Ireland in return for Irish freedom. IF they weren't controlled by hitler. Why did so many try to kill him? Because he was a murderer, true, but also because he was a horrible military leader and was driving the country to the ground

  • @josded

The Germans, could not land on British shores. British beaches are either pebbles or cliffs. Difficult already. There are very few places the Germans could land, and the few they could had several armies parked on top of them, they also had a tactical air force, not a strategic one, which with such small payload and such small range, cannot maintain air superiority. and as said before, no where NEAR the naval strength of Britain. Invasion was, while possible, very difficult.

  • @plawranc There isn't much we can do to see who is right on this, but if hitler hadn't insisted on directing military strategy, the Norweigian fiasco may have never happened. A lot of fiascos may never have happened. But we will never know because we can't change history to see how it would have played out. I lean on the side of the German military simply because it was a formidable force and it had the power to pin down and invade England if properly directed.

  • @josded it is a series of what ifs. BUT, it is hinged around ONE primary argument. That Britain would have fallen without US intervention.

I dispute this for the simple reason that Germany did not have the resources nor the combat doctrine nor the sheer will to mount either a siege or invasion of the British Isles. And considering that Britain still owned most of its Empire at the time.. its resources were infinite and its naval and air power were superior "DEFENSIVELY". Stalemate.

  • luckies i want to do that

  • What regiment is that at 4:05? They wear blue but the hats look Scottish.

  • The backgraund music is disturbing. The more of all is the real sound of the battle. Please, this is not a film. This is a real battle, whithout modern music. Ja,je,ji,jo,ju. You are so simple...

  • El que ha puesto la música de fondo es un estúpido. Si lo mejor de todo es el sonido ambiente.

  • I try to imagine the mess after the original battle of man and horses dead and decaying in the week post death.I havnt read of the Allies creating graves .I know a lot of surrounding villages came out and scavenged the dead and dying.I hope you realise dying was slow from bleeding from open blade wounds to face or legs and arms.

  • Sadly i didn't see my regiment. It's not very strange, it's fights on the French side

  • Check out my Waterloo video! Go to my account or type in this after youtube.com .. /watch?v=LLvzrQzwSAQ

  • Nobody died how sad :(

  • @OW41N The fact was that it was the Dutch who spotted the danger of losing the crossroads at Quatre Bras. It was the Dutch, Nassauers and Brunswickers who reacted first and held the ground long enough for the rest of the Allied army to come up. As for running away the Dutch fought tooth and nail particularly for Gemioncourt. They lost and recaptured the farm twice before finally being forced out. One of their battalions lost over 60% of their men.

  • @spearhafoc Dutchies are pole smokers.

  • @mspookie No doubt from the intellectual content of your comment you are under the delusion that (1) I'm Dutch - I'm not I'm English (2) your witty remark is so clever and correct - it isn't and it doesn't add an iota to the accumulated wealth of knowledge in the world (3) that intelligence resides in your backside - but at least I can agree with you on that one. Have a nice life.

  • @spearhafoc Retard much?

  • @mspookie To be honest he is obviously rather highly intelligent, whereas you seem rather deficient in the brain department

  • @willbaboon Retards think retards are smart.

  • @mspookie you are why abortion should be used more often

  • @willbaboon Honestly, you are a retard. Take care.

  • @willbaboon

    well said- agreed

  • @spearhafoc

Well done on that summary of real Dutch/Belgian/ Nassauer presence on June 15th and holding Quatre Bras bravely until Wellington arrived.

It's an ongoing process educating those who continue with arrogant laughable myths of the campaign.

  • @slizzler1 Indeed truth is often coloured by a nation's views on the subject. It's often necessary to read many books from your own culture/tradition and supplement it with accounts from the other participants for a true picture.

  • @spearhafoc

yes- I agree- read all accounts of an event- determine the common lies, myths, misunderstandings by getting an accurate sense of the truths from the various sources.

  • the prince of orange was a blubbering idiot, wellington himself didnt want him there but had to otherwise the dutch forces wouldnt join the army, not that they were much help seeming as the cavalry and infantry at quatre bras ran away and the british highlanders and riflemen held it untill the rest of the army formed there however the prussians had retreated so we had to pull back or be surrounded

  • Tod dem korsischen Tyrannen !

  • How many people took part in the re-enactment? I'd love to see one. So amazing.

  • Everything is too clean :)

  • Very energetic considering the limits of numbers involved. Surprising that they let you use walls of Hougamont to actually fight over. Such things would not be allowed in the States on historic battlefields like that. The music does make a difference for dramatic effect for sure! 2015 is suppose to be big event for this I hear.

  • Comment removed

  • ah nothing like seeing these proud 'veterans' of war, in their new red jackets, as though straight from the depot...oh well, looks to be monstrous fun.

  • Very cool. Where was this filmed? Near the actual battlefield? Great music BTW :-)

  • @generalripper1964 At the actual battlefield :)

  • where are the ones who won the battle? Dutch, Hannoverians, Hessians, Prussians?

  • @Nixuebrig, The British and the Prussians won this battle. The Prussians came in late and the British held strong and crushed little Napoleon.

  • @UnitedProviences

Don't forget the Dutch, the Belgians, the Nassauers, the Brunswickians and other germans. Without them, Waterloo would be a French victory.

  • @MaxRWF, Most of those troops except the Prussians fought for the British army. Let me underline FOR, the British had I forgot the name of the fort but they held that and Napoleon tried to take it and had to fight off the Elite Foot Guard. He won it but then got fought back by re-inforcements, the Prussians made Napoleon panick into attakcing us.

  • @UnitedProviences

Only 22% of the coalised troops were actually British (counting the Irish). The turning point of the battle was the Prussian arrival, without your allies, Waterloo would be a French victory.

  • @MaxRWF, But most of those troops were fighting for the British army, under the British flag. And were issued with British uniforms, the Prussian arrival was late, we took on your brutal force and held you back. You won that fort place but we won it back. You had terrible losses for it.

  • @UnitedProviences

No the Dutch, Belgians, Brunswickians, Nassauers had their own flags, uniforms and commanders.

  • @MaxRWF, So how come we never saw them at Waterloo?

  • @UnitedProviences

Because you never read a book, I guess ?

Type "Brunswick infantry waterloo" or "Belgian cavalry Waterloo" on google image and you'll see their beautiful (not British) uniforms.

  • @MaxRWF, I don't specialise on the Napoleonic wars, I'm usualy on the war of 1812.

  • @UnitedProviences

Wellington's army at Waterloo had only one third British troops.... former history accounts of the battle from the British perspective up until the last 20 years, created the popular myth that only British 'redcoats' fought and beat Napoleon. In fact the non-British troops were intermingled with British units all across the battlefield in reserve and on the front line. If you want I'll send you several excellent links showing Dutch/Belgian crucial activity in the campaign.

  • @slizzler1, As you can get my point, most of them fought under the British flag.

  • @UnitedProviences

You are actually wrong on that.

Wellington's army was called the Anglo-Allied army. He was in command of several contingents and nations in his army, but in know way were they fighting under the 'British flag'.Only the KGL-King's German Legion could be considered foreigners fighting under the British flag. The Dutch Prince of Orange had many British units under his command, but they were not fighting under the Dutch flag. I can suggest you look up the flags of the allied units

  • @slizzler1 LOL rewrighting history? the Prince of Orange was in command of primarily Netherlanders, Hannovaren and Nassauers. The Duke of Wellington did not trusted the Prince enough and was to cocky to ever put British forces under control of a foreigner.

  • @DutchPetriot

I suggest before you try to discuss this topic with me, you re-evaluate whether you have enough knowledge to even try and make an argument with me.

Go and research the units under the Prince of Orange's command.... namely the 1st Corps in Wellingtons army.... when you have studied how many British units were under his command, then you can apologize for suggesting I was re-writing history by mentioning the fact the Prince had many British units in his command.

  • @DutchPetriot

Once again- nowhere did I say who else nor how many other contingents the Prince commanded- I simply stated the fact that there were many British units under his command.... not to mention too, one of the King's German Legion Brigades- under Gen Ompteda.

  • @slizzler1 I have already done some research and I found out I was wrong. The Prince of Orange had 2 divisions of British infantry under his command including KGL.

  • @DutchPetriot

Hello- you are a person of honour when you admit you did not know something-> I too will say when I'm wrong in a discussion. It's a good habit for learning progressively. In the past, I too have needed to research things about the Waterloo campaign that I had got wrong with some facts.

To clarify, the Prince of Orange had one full British division under his command - the 1st [Guards] and also one British regular infantry brigade that was in a 'mixed allied' division [Halkett].

  • Stand and deliver!

  • omg! i would have loved to take part in that!!! so how do you choose sides? do you go by nationality or it doesnt matter?

  • @Scabia25 whatever unit you sign up in

  • I always feel kinda sorry when I see the people play dead but the ones who die at the start...they just end up spending most of the time dead and not getting to do the fun charging and fighting :P

  • haha, relax mon'ami

  • Je suis relax,je ne ment jamais.

  • non understand francois

  • they use blanks, like theyre gonna fire lead pellets and kill each other arent they?

  • @wigster600 Indeed, if they did use live ammo, someone is going to die a humiliating death.

  • @wigster600 There is no such things as "blanks" when it comes to muskets. What they do is load the gunpowder without loading a musket ball.

  • @PieLord05 ;

I agree as a Blk powder firearm lover, I have just one question fopr the maker of this video though, why wern't bayonets fixed and used to repel the french as they came over the wall? In the time that thhis battle took plpace a storming of a wall, fort, or rampart, bayonets would have been fixed and used extensivly by both the defenders and the oposition.

  • @paramedic501 It simply would have been to dangerous to use fixed bayonets. Even if they had their blade dulled there is still to great a chance for injury.

  • @wigster600 no blanks they are firing blank shots it fires a bullet but just explodes on impact and does not hurt

  • what do they use to shoot each other?

  • @yourabumcheek its just gunpowder thers no bullets that the best part about muskets

  • They use little balls that wont penetrate or anything not even your eye

  • @Deadsmile100 they dont use anything just black powder, i know i am a reenactor

  • haha starship troopers music

  • gogo france! for the emperor :P

  • Who was depicting lieutenant colonel (major) Sharpe?

  • remember soldiers, when you cross the street to fight the enemy, don't forget to use the zebrapad in the middle of the battlefield there!

  • lol!

  • dont forget to look both ways :D (and have your guns loaded >:D )

  • =p xD

  • @sennog3 ahahahahahhahaaaaaaaaa

  • Salute From Portugal

  • should have used soundtrack from gettysburg for music

  • Shutup dude. UK has only existed for 300 years believe it or not

  • I like it so much...very beautiful and funny!!!

  • youve tried twice and twice youve failed so fuck off back to the fatherland and stop speaking my fucking language

  • Erm sry, im Deutsch... what is a gemran? And why should worthy opponents bow before us... there is no honor in slaughter. Gawd, kewl Reanactment... maybe we take part someday, Suebian Mercenarys on Prussian Side. We´re for rent, even in battle...^^ Salut Britannia, cheerio

  • @loppan109 Look it up on the internet like most people would?? Also it's not a job, you get paid diddly squat for doing it, and you'll need a lot of money to get all the uniform and equipment. And if we're so stupid, why did you guys fight alongside us at this battle?

  • Great shots...but LAME choice of music!

  • Starship Troopers is awesome, props to music lol

  • ya im a civil war reenactor too...and our reginment lines up at the beginning of every battle, and the captain gives everyone a number 1-7 (sometimes others)...then you take a hit on the volley of your number. The rebels are always impressed at how many of us fall with each volley..rather than us refusing to die

  • LOL

  • This would have been beter if they weren't pretending :D

  • the last man who fought at waterloo died in 1899 he was a French soldier. the battle was in 1815.

  • What is it you shoot? Rubber balls, paintballs? Or nothing at all?

  • they dont shot whit anything. it is a play so you day when you are supose to.

  • I'm assuming they're shooting blanks.

  • nothing at all

  • i dont get how people on it suddenly decide there dead, is it like paintballs or what :S?

  • People don't decide to be dead in paintball.. plus this reenactment is probably planned and rehursed..

  • noo haha i meant do they fire paintballs haha
