Okay I think I know what happened.

Germany, Prussia and Italy got captured by pirates. In an attempt to distract them Prussia and Germany danced, while Italy prepared the escape boat. Naturally Italy ( as well as the pirates) were to mesmerized by there awesomeness that they just stood and stared.
