hate slugs loads but dont mind snails....slugs kill all my flower and discovered my snails dont do as much damage....and a 40cm slug keeps eating my cats food -.-!

Copper wire is good at keeping slugs off plants.

I used to make a ring of wire around my plants.

Their slime cause a reaction and the bugger get a electric shock

It was awkward.

I had to film with the camera upside down so the lens was near to the ground.

But it would been a lot better,if the cam was steadier.

The shaking can be somewhat fixed in the editing process. Of course, that would require cropping the movie a bit to hide the shaking edge. And unless there's a killer app that I don't know about, the only reliable way to do this is to rotoscope (go through and adjust every frame so that your stationary reference points line up). It's a lot of work, even for just 3 minutes worth of footage.

The hole, located on the mantle on the right side of the slug, is the slug's pneumostome. This is like the slug's nose, and is the hole it breathes out of. The slug has the ability to close this hole.
