Colossus backing away from Zangief? @_@ Why didn't he just put on his super armor and tear into him, or better yet, his B.B. Hood assist? He could have done horrendous damage to her, and Zangief wouldn't have been able to do a single thing about it. The amount of turtling going on here is mind-boggling.

Outside of taking no chip damage from most attacks, he has little or no good comboing abilities and very low stamina. Ice Beam spam can be gotten around very easily by any high tier character, and most of them have moves that can actually chip him; Storm especially.

No prob. Technically Iceman is middle tier, not low tier, but tiers shouldn't really matter. Use whatever character you want.

Iceman is top/higher mid tier. He can do decent damage by AC ~ Artic Attack, but he doesn't even need to. He zones great, and of course he takes no chip from most attacks. Also he deals out good chip damage as well.
