On my first playthrough, I never noticed the laugh. But on the second one, I noticed it clearly. Also, the reason this is considered an easter egg is because the "church" line is a reference to the show Lost, which the voice of Joker (mARK HAMill) is a huge fan of.

funny thing... i actualy figured out that the "cured" joker was clayface before Batman, cuz when you get in the fist fight with the joker and you turn on the detective mode, you notice he doesn't have a skeleton (clayface doesn't have a skeleton in arkham asylum) you guys probably noticed it too, but i'm just putting it out there!

An easter egg is supposed to be something not obviously found.

Example the Scarecrow victim in the boat its not obvious that you can hack the hatch.

Hell I'd even say the Killer Croc cameo can be a easter egg cause you can miss it if you leave.

Joker isn't confirmed as dead. Even if he was he always has back up plans and people in place to carry them out. He also knows about lazarus pits that heal and resurrect. He also has an advanced scientific mind and has come back different ways. There are 4 secret radio channels with messages from him if you decode them. Youll pay for what youve done to me.
