lol, its not really the tv the tv is actually not the problem, i guess its becuase of the webcam im using you know like how when in the tv new reports try to tape someone using a pc well thats sorta the same thing. On the computer screen youll see all those black lines and stuff, its hard to explain since i dont know all those literal terms.

Ya, all you're seeing is the tv's refresh, something you cannot see with yout own eyes, but somehow, camera's usually pick up, no problem.
