Anyone who knows Franz Ferdinand knows that this is not the same song. The scratches are just the most evident, but the guitar, the bass, and the drums have been switched around also. I think its an excellent remix.

I like it. It's a very old school remix in the same vein as Larry Levan's works. The idea of a remix (originally) is not to make a whole new track incorporating parts of the original but to re-master and edit the original

@BromTown I don't think you can compare this to a Larry Levan remix he actually put thought into his mixes, extenede the breaks for play in clubs and if he had the multitracks actually remixed it to keep the kick and bass prominent in the mi. This may aswell be called the Daft Punk Contractual Obligation Remix. It's deffinately real but they deffinately didn't spend more than an hour doing it.
