The voice she's using is different, so it's not for Phineas and Ferb.
Any voice actor will tell you it's difficult because they have to put everything into just the voice. You don't see their expressions or movements, like you do on TV or in the movies.
According to Tom Hanks when he was on "Inside the Actor's Studio" and discussing Toy Story, voice acting is also hard because even though you've done a line about 33 different ways, the director may have a 34th way in mind.
