The Holy Spirit is the way Jesus communicates with Christians. Jesus died to redeem us from the curse of the law and to transform us into sons and daughters of God by the Holy Spirit, without the Spirit you are not of Christ. You do not get the gift of the Holy Spirit from reading about it and claiming it from the bible. Only the Living Jesus can fill you with the Holy Spirit. The letter kills, but the spirit gives life. And thats even the hebrew view on Jesus, they have never denied what He did. U really believe that a church consisting of about 5000 people(as Josephus wrote) believed in Jesus if he had never lived or been ressurected? Why would apostles lie anyway?
