According to my knowledge of physical moves and my assessment of her body weight vs his. I would have to say that jump would cause more damage to her then him. Since as soon as she hit the balance in her upper body would destabilize and she would flip backwards and most likely land on her head. Plus the force generated by jump kicking like that is not actually very great, unless you are using your body weight to literally tackle the individual. Which she is obviously not.
