I think conversation is like this: Photographer wants Seungho to laugh but he stays still. Ph. gets angry and says him "Ya Seungho get out" but Seungho doesn't listen him and still sits there. As a last chance Ph asks "who is the leader?" (So that he can make Seungho laugh or get out) and Seungho lifts his hand and laughs like " I am the leader and I am not gonna listen you.
