Question: Are the three women playing cards, drinking beer, and dressed identically (see 0:28-0:31 and 0:56-1:02) suppose to represent a kind of WWI or WWII era aspect of culture in tandem with the theme of this song? They look like part of BSP's staging--women of the war era playing cards, like something you would easily see in photos of the period or in films representing the social life during the war era. Thoughts?

@neiltay2002 - Oh, yes--I've seen the official video BSP did for the song. Very clearly dramatizing the song's content. I just found it interesting how they continued this dramatization/imagery for a TV performance (the Jools Holland gig).

Saw them live a couple of years ago--amazing group of lads, fantastic performance. I got to talk to Yan and one of the roadies--very friendly.

honestly ive seen some shows and been to festivals these guys at my uni were fucking amazing climbing into the rafters of the union 8ft grizzley bears apperaing out of no where an the guy with the big drum nearly knocked me out with it by mistake

Yo, it's not until you see them in a 150-ish capacity venue that you realise just how fucking brilliant they are. I just got back from a gig, Noble crowd-surfed onto us after jumping off the lighting rig, Yan was crawling all over the stage, and a man playing a trumpet got rugby-tackled into the drum kit after playing a klaxon as loud as possible.
